If Iger does not get Disney back the way Walt, & Roy & all the Imagineers who helped, Iger will go the way the DODO Bird went. There needs to be a CEO Walt like with the RIGHT people advising him or her!

Give Iger at least 6 months to attempt to turn some of Bob Paychecks mistakes around. Disney is so screwed up right now that there is just to much on Igers plate. Time will tell…………….

Iger started this mess in the first place you know.

All of Bob Iger’s and Disney World’s problems have only just begun. Just wait and see what happens when Universal Studio Orlando opens their new park. They’ve created enough competition for Disney as it is, when the expansion opens Disney’s worse nightmare will become a reality.

I wish they Mr.Iger would start back the food plan and the fast pass that the people love having.

Hindsight being 20/20, I would agree that this decline with Disney began several years ago. But it was small things…quality of merchandise/food at parks, for example. Under Chapek’s reign, (and probably instigated by Iger) things started to unravel fast. It’s amazing the mess they’ve created at this point. Again, I’m a fan, DVC member, annual passholder, and stockholder. And I think whoever turns this company around has a monumental task, but something needs to change quickly!!! I hope Iger will do thos, but I have no faith in the board of directors who renewed Chapek’s contract early and gave him a strong statement of support at that time.

Getting a not so personal letter from the communication department signed by a digital signature of Iger that in fact is an advertising for overpriced D23 tickets. D23, the “fan” event to over promise things that are wildly downgraded and canceled or takes a decade to build. Getting fussy feelings about that is misplaced. Take in consideration that everything that is happening to Disney is happening to Universal and other theme parks and the only one that is in deep water is Disney and the only reason they are is that they forgot what they once stood for, what their strength where, and looking what the current state of Disney is we can all agree that nothing of that magic exists within the company. It’s DINO (Disney In Name Only) and watching one of their movies or going to one of their parks only makes me sad about the lost. Something I have found back at Universal Studios, can’t wait for Epic Universe, love the Puss In Boots movie and am looking forward what else they are doing.

They’ve obviously forgotten who their real customers are.
It’s sad. It’s really really sad.
