I hate most of it. The people who designed the pieces should at the very least be put on a corrective action plan. Lol. What’s the deal with all the hats on the ears??? Nobody likes that foolishness.
Every year I wished they would do this kind of thing as a subscription box with different tiers. It would make it easier to acquire and I think easier to keep up with supply needs
Me too! It is all part of a loungefly collection which explains the pricing. Most don’t understand that. As for quality, none of the items I bought had quality issues. I just do not get why Jess is so negative. They did something to highlight some of the rides. I love my pirates ears. The hats on them are different. For those of us that collect ears, they are different and I love them!
When I went to Disneyland a year ago, I was horribly disappointed with the quality of the merchandise available. The Star Wars costumes were all children’s sizes. As decades long Star Wars fans, we had money to spend. My favorite SW character is Salacious Crumb. The Kowakian monkey-lizard merch wasn’t worth a tenth of the price. Stop with the cheap plastic garbage, give us plush! I would have paid hundreds for a plush puppet of any Kowakian monkey-lizard.
I bought a loungefly Cheshire Cat wallet several years ago. I had wanted it since it was released. The material literally ripped at the stitching (everywhere on the wallet, rendering it worthless and useless) the FIRST time I used it. I was SO disappointed. I was hesitant when I bought my second Loungefly item last year (a 50th Anniversary backpack). When I got it home (I hadn’t used it at Disney), and used it, I noticed the uneven stitching and poor quality. I am done with Loungefly.
I stopped buying any merchandise at disney yearsago. Used to be long lasting good quality. These days its cheaply made garbage at ridiculous prices. My husband surprised me with a Donald Duck Tee from Disney for my birthday…it had a hole in it. Sad.
To be honest, I never cared for the t-shirts they sold at the parks. They were all just basic tees with a big iron on print. I get better, more unique shirts now on places like Red Bubble and Tee Public. The shirts are soft and fit great and they’re cheaper too. Not sure why Disney can’t match the quality and creativity you find on sites like those. It’s ridiculous.

Loungefly peak has passed. Over saturated market, delays and inconsistent quality

The slave labor used in China just worries about meeting their production numbers not quality.
