Never seen parents being rough with their kids, only adults being awful to castmembers… But I can definitely see how parents, feeling overwhelmed by the trip itself, the costs, the crowds, the waits, etc. might be pushed to a much lower tolerance level than usual. Doesn’t justify any outbursts from the parent, and I’m hope this is profoundly rare.
