Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard beach are my favorite parks at WDW. I’m hoping that the permits pulled for construction are to refurb.. crush n Gusha.. like my husband and like to yell out randomly .. and others .. if they change it or anything else to that frozen crap ( sorry bad word ) I’ll be a non existent guest to WDW.

Why do I get the feeling that they plan to put Moana stuff into the water park

Hmm.. the laws were changed in Florida. Rights were stripped away. Disney used to be able to be independent within its boundaries. Now they have to apply for “permits”. Who at the top is holding things up? Poor Mickey, bound & gagged with red tape.

They have always had to apply for building permits. That is not only a state law but a federal one as well.
They rights you are talking about is for tax purposes along with their ‘govt’ duties.

I bet the ticket prices didn’t drop from unavailable parks

  5. I can envision Typhoon Lagoon reimagined with Moana as the new focal point on the water Park. It would be great.
