Just someone looking for something for free. All I want is Disney is to bri g back Epcot after 4. Or the theme park pass for only one park. Those where the best.

That’s not entirely true. I had questioned the park pass system in regards to the Park Reservation when calling WDW myself. I am assuming they are questioning why Passholders were only allowed to book 3 park reservations at a time then you had to use one or 2 to be able to book more. If I had made reservations for a Walt Disney World Resort for 7 days I would be allowed park reservations for all 7 days. That is in effect discriminating against Pass Holders. Then the Park Hop System. I don’t know how it is now but earlier this year you could not park hop until 2PM and then only if a park had availability which was mostly non existent. I had called and questioned this and the person that I spoke with said well those people are paying a lot of money to stay at the resorts. So again that’s discrimination. With the price continually going up and up. I have a SeaWorld/Busch Gardens Platinum Pass which I first purchased in January of 2008. I purchased it on their EZPay plan. There are no blackout dates, I get preferred parking, I get 20% off everything I purchase in the park including food and it includes their kiosks and fast service as well. It is good for all their parks in the country (11) except Discovery Cove. Since I purchased it using the EZ Pay System and have never cancelled it I still pay the same $16.88 a month which was the price when I first purchased it. I do not have to renew it every year I think they do but I do not there was never a down payment either even when I first purchased it. They no longer have a park reservation system. I think what WDW is doing is trying to keep us from going whenever we please so they can try to get more money by letting their resort guests go whenever they please. This on top of the fact that we already have blocked out dates so they block us out even more but still get the same money. It is an underhanded practice as far as I am concerned.

We experienced the problems for the APs earlier this month. We went for a week, not staying on property. Our APs only allowed us to make reservations for 4 days. Although checking for all guests (not just APs) showed availability for all parks, when we tried to make reservations with our APs, all parks then showed no availability for our last 2 days. So we paid for our time share for 7 days but could only get into the parks for 5. THIS is what this lawsuit is all about.
