Content never really disappears. I’m sure the episodes will pop up again somewhere. But it is strange to hide those later shows

    1. Crowley

As long as I can enjoy my favorite villain, Kilgrave, let them do whatever

      1. Dennis

All of these things are still on Disney+…

    2. Josh

Looks like you couldn’t navigate your Disney+ menu and then chose to prematurely write about it..? Because they’re all there.

  2. Janelle

When will they be removed? I was watching timeline order yesterday and ended on Loki. All of those episodes are still there! Losing Spiderman already bit….

    1. Ana

As of Wed Dec 21 2022
11:30 EST all of the listed shows are available to me in the U.S. I regularly rewatch Wanda and Shang Chi. Not sure why the scare tactics…

      1. Shane Hilditch

It’s not the shows. It’s the docuseries “Assembled : wandavision”, “Assembled : Falcon and the winter soldier” and so forth. Please people. Learn to read.

        1. Not Your Name

I think you need to learn how to read yourself here is a quote from above.

“Here is the list of episodes removed from Disney+:

          WandaVision
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
          Loki
          Black Widow
          What If…?
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”

          1. Mmay

The sentence right before that says several of the “Assembled” episodes have been removed. Then says “Here is a list of the episodes that have been removed” so, yes, the author is talking about the Assembled episodes and not the actual shows or movies.

          2. Ktina

I’m literally looking at Assembled: The making of WandaVision, Shang- Chi, etc right now

          3. John

Most of everything Disney does now is crap anyways so who cares.

          4. JC

Just don’t. Just because YOU don’t care doesn’t mean we don’t. Hope it’s just a glitch, but let us enjoy things without being an a-hole. Stay on your lane.

          5. EduardodraudE

ABSOLUTELY NOT, KAREN!!!God bless John for being correct. No good people enjoyed the M-She-U and it has degraded not only the quality of our entertainment but is helping to degrade society. Stop supporting this Woke GARBAGE and pushing the West towards extinction JC. 👎

          6. Donald R Barber

People with serious concerns about the decline of Western Civilization and culture don’t spend their time shitposting about cartoon companies because they suddenly realized someone let gurlz into the clubhouse and they still are stuck at home on Saturday night with baby oil and cosplay porn mostly featuring Cinderella.

That’s what incels do. Jordan Peterson watching incels who perfectly echo his sulky, aggrieved tone without the slightest understanding of where his Joseph Campbell/Karl Jung pastiche derives from. They just pray for the day when enforced monogamy becomes a thing once the “wokes” have been vanquished.

I know who’s getting purged come the new Night of the Long Knives.

          7. Dude Really?

I think YOU need to re-read.

The sentence immediately before your quote says this…
“…several Marvel Studios: Assembled episodes have been removed.”

          8. J

lol. Before you go attacking people over reading comprehension, make sure you’ve re-read the article.

        2. I good reader, not so good counter.

  3. Mac

Not that matters that much to people on here, but all this content is available on Disney+ Japan. Maybe it is a glitch?

  4. Phil

It isn’t “Disney”. It’s a bought property. Imagine if Disney bought the “Peanuts” properties.

    1. Doodle

      Good point! That’s why it’s called Disney >PLUS< ! (+ Marvel, + Star Wars, + Pixar, etc …)

    2. T

Funny that The Peanuts movie is on Disney + since Blue Sky was a part of 20TH Century Fox. (This is the only part of Peanuts they have though)

      1. Alexandra

Funny I’m sitting here and I can still see everything. It’s all still there.

        1. Joe Jordan

It’s NOT the actual movies, it’s the ASSEMBLED episodes, which are just docuseries showing how the series was made

  5. Mr

This is a non-story. Every series the author stated was removed is still there… The real story should have been “1am content refresh glitched the crappy UI on my smart TV and I wrote a bs article”

    1. Cranky granny

Please READ the article. The removed content was the BEHIND THE SCENES episodes. Getting nasty with an author is uncalled for when you havent a clue what the author stated in the first place.

      1. Not Your Name

Here is a quote Granny from the article so now go back and read it again.

“HereHere is the list of episodes removed from Disney+:

        WandaVision
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
        Loki
        Black Widow
        What If…?
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”

        1. Iain

Perhaps you should read it again and actually READ the bit before that:

‘ As reported by What’s On Disney Plus, several Marvel Studios: Assembled episodes have been removed’

    2. Jayne1955

The Assembled ones are the ones that are supposedly gone. Not the series. It’s in the sentence before the list.

  6. Disney + should should have older or beginning series available. When new fans want to see originals to further understand part-2, etc. where is the info? Without the info, they won’t enjoy or understand the next portion of the series. A bad mistake by Disney+.

  7. Eric

Its not the shows that have been removed, its the one episode behind the scenes shows that have been removed. The Assembled series, stuff probably no on was watching anyways so it makes sense to remove it and free up space instead of clogging up the platform with stuff no one watches. Its not the actually series being removed.

  8. Jason

The Black Widow and Loki episodes of Assembled have been missing for nearly a year. (I realized that when I tried to watch the Making of Black Widow… and i was gone.) That being said, (to me) it makes no sense to remove ANY of this content. A few of those episodes disappeared before I had a chance to watch them. When I contacted customer service, they gave me some blather about streaming agreements and such. I reminded them: This is behind-the-scenes original content YOU created FOR Disney Plus. They don’t need to “make space” or stop “clogging up” anything. None of this makes sense at all.

  9. Doodle

When you mentioned Black Widow and Shang-Chi, I thought you were saying the actual films were removed. (Which would be sad, but I’ve watched both several times).
However, if it’s only episodes of “Assembled”, I’m not so heartbroken, since I’ve seen one episode, so I’m not missing anything. I do enjoy “behind the scenes” content, but I feel to much of it kind of “de-mystifies” the whole MCU experience. On a side note, I enjoyed “Love & Thunder”. Sure, it’s a silly, goof-ball parody of itself, but, c’mon people – lighten up! This is a fiction anyway – just enjoy the story & laugh when you find something amusing! It’s all just meant in good fun &. I for one can appreciate that.

    1. Shanbo

Well said, Doodle. It boggles the mind how the possibility of a few eps of a second-tier series being cancelled can evoke so much debate. I love Marvel Comics, and have for 45+ years. But even I can see when they’re doing too much. Why regale the audience with meaningless conversations of the director’s rationale for putting an extra button on Thor’s breastplate, or that no red M&Ms were eaten during the making of “Spider-Man 6, the quest to find Stan Lee’s teeth”. Who cares. Lose ’em. If you don’t know, you better ask somebody.

  10. Uriah

All of these are STILL on the platform. The article LIES.

    1. Cranky granny

      No. They have been removed.

      1. Aaron

It’s 12/23/22 and I have just logged onto Disney+ all the mentioned assembled episodes as well as the movies and shows are still on Disney+ bedate over this article is a lie

  11. G S

For what you charge, Disney, you shouldn’t be removing any content.

  12. Cranky granny

It is always amazing to me how many people won’t take the time to read an article and then post things not true because they assume skimming an article is all that is necessary. They generally assume incorrectly. And, YES, the Assembled Loki has been removed as well as the others listed here

    1. Not Your Name

Did you take time to go on the APP? I’m looking at everything mentioned in this article and yes I can read obviously you don’t know how to research yourself.

    2. Deb

I read it throughly and still missed that it was the -assembled- stuff being taken off. They really should have reinstated with the list itself. Since it was mentioned only once so I can see the confusion going on its a bit of bad writing happening

  13. Krystalcane

This is why I’m so glad I copy everything and add it to my archives because of the studios doing the stuff yes some of you don’t care about these shows but what if you never saw one and then you got to see one episode and you liked it and you find out you couldn’t watch it later on because you can’t buy it. And it’s not just Disney it’s all the studios doing this stuff so I suggest hey if you can afford it archive it if you can’t sorry

    1. Internet Stranger

Read the article again and stop hurling insults when there is no fault this time. The article says the episodes Assembled (the behind the scenes tv show) with the names of the Phase 4 shows and movies have been removed. Not the shows and movies themselves but the behind the scenes episodes of them.

    2. Shanbo

      True Bill…

  14. Kou

This is one of the main reasons why pirating happens. Remove access to any official or easy ways to access content, and people who still really want to access it will find other less official ways to do so that don’t make the parent company any money.

  15. Chuck Cooley

You know it’s funny after reading your article, I when and checked. All the things that you said removed, are all still there .. so not sure where you get your information, but your wrong….

    1. Jayne1955

It’s the ASSEMBLED bits that are gone! That’s in the sentence before the list.

  16. Not Your Name

    To the writer:
So if your such a big Star Wars fan and Marvel fan. How about actually going on Disney + and looking yourself instead of second hand information?

Yeah I’m looking at all those shows right now you said have been removed.

I’m done with this site. Used to be good but now it’s all fake ass news.

    1. Jayne1955

It’s the ASSEMBLED stuff they took down. That’s in the sentence right before the list.

    2. Joe Jordan

It’s the docuseries episodes, KAREN. Learn to read the sentence “before” the list of episodes. The ASSEMBLED episodes only, not the actual episodes

  17. Mmay

The sentence right before that says several of the “Assembled” episodes have been removed. Then says “Here is a list of the episodes that have been removed” so, yes, the author is talking about the Assembled episodes and not the actual shows or movies.

  18. Jp

Now if we could just get an erasure of phase 4 altogether things may be back on track

  19. Lisa

I really enjoy those BTS shows & have watched them a few times. I’m SAS they removed them, I wish they hadn’t.

  20. Paulette

Disappointing, to say the least. The main reason I even subscribe to Disney+ is for the MCU movies. Black Widow and Shiang Chi, Legend of the Ten Rings are two of my favorites and enjoy rewatching them whenever I can.

  21. Sean J.

I still see these listed for US. Maybe disappeared from other country servers?

  22. Blurb

I read it throughly and still missed that it was the -assembled- stuff being taken off. They really should have reinstated with the list itself. Since it was mentioned only once so I can see the confusion going on its a bit of bad writing happening. Also doesn’t help there are ads everywhere breaking up the article.

  23. Jayne1955

I don’t care about the assembled episodes so much. If they mess with the series themselves, I’d have a problem with that. But the assembled episodes, I don’t care.

  24. Dennis Swiatek

Disney should sell the MCU. It’s the only chance that Marvel has to continue to exist

  25. BlueCollarCritic

“Despite having some of the best content in the MCU, many projects didn’t make the landing for fans. ”

This is called a contradiction. Another way of saying…”Despite having some the best tasting flavors the piles of dog poop served did not go over well with the guests”

Phase 4 didn’t land for MOST fans because its filled with woke ideological garbage that fans are not interested in, it’s an appeal to a very small albeit very loud group of ideologues. A group too small to keep Disney afloat so in phase 5, with demands from shareholders who are tired of the financial loses from this woke trash, Disney is looking at how to fix this. How can they still “Spread the message” without simultaneously chasing away the paying customers they so desperately need. With Iger back the wokeness will only continue and he will finally be exposed for the fraud he is and won’t be able to blame Chapeq for the next few years loses as he did for 2022. So with Iger at the helm Disney will need to loose few billion more before things get bad enough that a purging of ideologues from the company happens and i look forward to teh day that culling takes place. It will be as joyous as seeing the smug ideologues at Twitter get fired and find out they will have to do real actual work somewhere because there’s just so many ideological run tech platforms that can afford spoiled employees who do little.

  26. Angel Avalon

Disney has fallen from grace anyway. We are nowhere NEAR as excited as they say we are. Disney lost all respect and interest from a lot of us for pandering to all the crazies trying to spread their influence to our kids. Let alone the crap humor and 1990’s CGI.

  27. Debra Muse

Bummer! I’ve been lagging behind so I hadn’t gotten to watch most of Falcon and the Winter soldier, or Loki, or What If yet. Too bad Disney thinks everybody is all caught up.
I hate when streaming services get rid of your favorites or things on your to be watched list without any advance notice so you can’t go in and catch up before they disappear!!!!
Especially when it’s a service you pay money for. What is wrong with having older content on these pay streaming apps? Or are they going to put it somewhere where they can try to make us pay more?!!!

  28. Lissa

They should have just moved those episodes to the “Extras” sections on the main show/movie page of the focus of each episode.

  29. B. R.

The shows weren’t removed, the special behind the scenes episodes called “Assembled” which are the making of those shows and movies were removed. ALl the episodes of each series as well as the movies listed are still available and active. Please check your facts.

  30. John

Disney made a bid deal about getting more adult episodes of the MCU universe on Disney plus me now they erasing past mcu universe? I don’t think that is a smart move nor a move I care to support.

  31. Sk

Removal of any shows does a disservice to its customers. Maybe they want to take the WB route and save cash.

  32. Mike Pow

I just logged in and every show you listed is still there. I’m not sure if you made this up or you changed their minds and they brought them back. Either way, all Marvel shows/movies are still available on Disney.

  33. BKSILVA

AS AN EDUCATOR, I BINGE WATCH DURING THE ONE BREAK I GET DURING THE YEAR – LATE DEC TO EARLY JAN – TO TRY AND CATCH-UP.
IF YOU’RE JUST GOING TO PULL CONTENT THEN WHY AM I PAYING SO MUCH FOR AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION?
YOU’VE PULLED CONTENT I MEANT TO WATCH OVER THE NEXT WEEK – MERRY XMAS??

  34. Lord Cthulhu

And yet they manage to leave that abortion of a show. She Hulk

  35. V

Removing recent content is utterly ridiculous. MCU is the ONLY reason we subscribe to Disney+.

  36. Bob

If it’s that big of a deal for you cancel your Disney+ subscription.

  37. JP

“Despite having some of the best content in the MCU, many projects didn’t make the landing for fans. After dealing with inconsistent CGI and bad comedy, Marvel is reportedly taking the time to ensure Phase Five doesn’t make the same mistakes.”

I’m sorry those sentences seen contradictory. If it’s the best content in the MCU why doesn’t it connect with fans? And if it’s the best why are they taking more time for phase 5 to avoid making the same mistakes? It’s this trying to say it’s a hit with people who aren’t fans?

  38. Paul

I couldn’t care less about the assembled shows. I really don’t care how the shows were made. I have zero interest in these types of shows.

  39. Exp626

Probably what they removed was the Craptastic woke stuff that no one really watched.

    1. Shanbo

      True Bill…

  40. John wheeler

Well I do not see anything missing on my end

  41. Raymond

The more content Disney removes…the more watchable it becomes for me. They destroyed themselves, I’m ok with it.

  42. Brittany Gomez

I still have all the assembled shows listed. I really enjoy them too. It could be content-viewed/viewing based. Like how a system recommends stuff? It will “hide” in a way what you don’t go for, the content is all there for me, assembled Loki, Assembled WandaVision, so could just be based off of the writer’s likes/dislikes.

  43. Christopher

They probably removed them because no one was watching that bs.

  44. Yo Momma

I thought Loki still has new content coming…?

  45. Andy

They haven’t been removed it’s just not coming up in the search.

Go on Marvel tab then scroll to the assembled and they are all in the carousel.

  46. Richard

Hey I just checked disney + and everything on that list is there. Nothing is missing

  47. TrashPanda

I would love to have them offer them for sale as DVD/Bluray/iTunes so I could watch WandaVision and Falcon and the Winter Soldier without having to have Disney+.
