Omg, calm down. I’m pretty sure that Disneyland, at least, posted on their website the Holiday decorations will go up on November 11th this year. It said they will also start the new holiday fireworks show that same night.
It doesn’t matter how many whiners there are because Disney is a money factory with more demand then they can supply. I suggest complainers build their own theme parks and do it better.
It’s not moan, complain and whine, it’s about tradition and the expectations that Disney placed upon themselves to deliver what no other place did….the Magic.
If you, or anyone who reads this think that I’m just another Disney crank, do what I did. Go on YouTube and look at any store or restaurant at the parks and Disney Springs from 3 or more years back, then look at the same reviews today. I seriously do not know anyone who would think it’s a positive to get less of a choice, less of an amount or quality and say it’s good.
DVC member and personally invested, so it’s hard to see the faded and peeling paint, burnt out bulbs, boat launches still closed and prices so much higher. So yes, it’s only a tree, but it’s the thing that Disney sells its tickets and more because of. That thing was the Magic.

Hi Steve.
Kris
I watched a live stream on YouTube from the parks last night. The tree is up and it is lit. Many pages will be there tonight for the Fantasmic return.
Heather
It was the Osborne Spectacle of Lights. Still disappointed it’s gone😞

My favorite part of the Holiday experience at Disney is the Frozen live show at HS.
