Unnecessary and a complete waste of time and money. If I’m going to use my money at a Disney park, I would use it only for admission, dining, and shopping, not for skipping lines to attractions.
Does anyone really think that any of the Disney administration or executives actually read any blogs? There is no way they care about what is going on right now with guest satisfaction. In fact, i was on the actual Disney Blog website and they have shut down all comment sections on anything related to Genie + or park reservations. Correct me if I am wrong, but that seems to me like the opposite of customer service or customer satisfaction. How can Disney even do that with a good conscience? How does Bob Chepeck look at himself each day and thing, “I am really good at my job! Look at how many people love me and love the job I am doing!? I think I deserve more money and the cast members deserve less than a living wage!”
