Prepare for the ableist slurs, because that’s all the people on this f’ing website think of.

Do you mean me? Because I don’t even know what an “ableist slur” would be unless you consider fatness a disability.

Not gonna lie, this is s cool gesture, but I’ll wait for the “me too’s” to respond.

I don’t really have an opinion, but I have a cynical suspicion this may be at least a little motivated by maintenance cost reductions.

How are they saving on maintenance by adding more dolls to the ride? Because it should be noted that both of the new additions have movement to them. You can find videos showing them on youtube.

I was under the impression this was a modification/replacement. If that is not the case, then I agree.

After almost 60 years of waiting in line in Disneyland, those kids finally got to the ride! LOL … But really, I do think it’s cool… Not historically accurate or anything, but is a nice gesture in terms of Disney’s “inclusion” motif that has saturated every aspect of the company. I think it will be a touching moment for those parents of kids in a wheelchair, when their kid points at the new dolls and smiles.
