Well if some one wants to change then males have to have 2 surgeries that make them males & females will have to have 2 surgeries that make them females then they would be equal.
I don’t know why corporations need to even involve themselves in all this. Just run your company and don’t worry about all the stuff out there. You will never please everyone. Just do what you do best and not worry about all the things outside your business which shouldn’t be any of your business anyway!
