Everyone is saying “fix this, it’s too crowded” then bemoan the price increases in the next breath. The price increases are intended to “fix this”.

Raising the prices is one tactic, but if they’re also not going to LIMIT the people that can get through the gates to begin with, the only thing that raising the prices is gonna do is make Chaepek’s end of fiscal year bonus that much bigger.
Ideally, you raise the price to be able to LOWER guest entry and heighten the guest experience. but yeah.. THAT clearly ain’t happening.

Crowd size is definitely a problem. And don’t even try to go on a Monday these days. As many pages have said, Monday is the new Saturday. Disney needs to lower the number of guests in the parks. If you are paying that much, you shouldn’t have lines that long. Raise prices and cut attendance to give guests a true magical experience. Otherwise I’ll be down the street at the park with shorter lines for cheaper 🤷‍♀️

I love Knotts, but unfortunately they close at 5:30 all fall and winter, making that a complete fail of an option for me.

  4. I personally am done with disney. They now nickel and dime you even after crazy prices and 2 1/2 hour waits. You have to pay extra for the rides you really want to ride. Guess it’s OK if you have alot of money but they have left the average person no way to enjoy the park.

Summer of 1976 park capacity was 85,000. We hit that about 8 days that summer. For 4-6 hours on those days it would be ‘one out = one in’ at the main gate. Wonder what capacity is now?
