It’s time that James Baskett, Nick Stewart, & Hattie McDaniel get the credit they deserve. They are apart of Disney history and the world should see their talent in this movie. Sad that one company is showing their talent but Disney wants to pretend they don’t exist. Leave Splash Mountain alone.
In fact, Disney isn’t offering it at ALL–If you’re surprised it’s up there, I suspect they are too.
A lot of low-rent streaming services get their movies from dubious sources, and some of the new “Faith-friendly” ones are as low-rent and indie as they come…
They’re about to get a call from a mouse’s friendly lawyer.
Good for them. I hope Disney leaves them alone. After all, if Disney is so ashamed of the film, why should they care about acknowledging it with a lawsuit?
This might get Disney to reconsider and see they made the worst mistake, then put this movie on Disney plus Streaming Service and on disc too if they have too, along with other Disney stuff on “ReDiscover Television” that are not on Disney Plus if more people leave their site. Desperate times would call for desperate measures for them.
I think that Splash Mountain should be refurbished to it former glory and that The Princess and The Frog should get its own ride in Fantasyland. Those who are offended by Splash Mountain don’t have to ride it.
HIIII THERE!!!! If the person who wrote this article is reading this, I just wanted to let you know that the person who found that on Reddit isn’t the person who found song of the south on rediscover television….the person who actually found that was me.

There is more value in Song of the South than in all the Disney remake trash combined.

I was the one who made the Reddit post, by the way. Thanks for noticing my post!

They are only offended blindly because they are misguided, misinformed and have never seen it. They are fools. They learned nothing.

People should stop acting like Song of the South is no better than Birth of a Nation.
