I haven’t been to Disneyland since I was a teen (I’m 41 now), even though I live closer to Disneyland than WDW travel wise. But I love WDW. You have four distinct parks. Plus, the surrounding neighborhood is nicer. It’s been awhile, but surrounding Disneyland was sketch as hell! Has it gotten any better? I’d definitely rather go to FL than CA. Last time I was in CA I witnessed a homeless guy pooping into his own hand in front of the restaurant we were eating at 😳🤮
If your talking scale Disney World is better. But unfortunately DW is in Florida and personally I can’t handle that humidity so I’ll stick to Disneyland.
Walt certainly would not approve of his Carousel of Progress (from the ’64-65 NYWF) that was later moved to D-Land, but then moved to(instead of duplicated at) Magic Kingdom in Orlando where it still is operating today! Nor would he approve of the removal of the Peoplemover & Skyride “buckets” from D-land.
I think Walt would have approved of Spaceship Earth & the Great Movie Ride, Horizons, Universe of Energy, Living with the Land, etc.
Comments for Disneyland vs. Disney World, Which Is Better?

Disneyland is the only park Walt touched. Walk Disney World is the park that Walt would never approve of.
Huge difference.
