    Go woke, make bank!

Trust me magic kingdom isn’t. It’s packed and pass holders can’t stand it. It’s be ok if people would have boundaries but in hour long lines people are right up on you.

      1. That’s why I love EPCOT! Not too many children care about the World Showcase! I adore it and, I do not really care about the rides.

        1. lorraine

epcot gets just as packed as the other parks,

      2. Crystal

I was at Disney World in September. I generally have been in September for about 6 different visits. This September was the most crowded September visit ever.

        1. Adrian Flores

I love disney and I don’t mind if it’s packed or not ! Disney lover

          1. lorraine

me too, we are locals and go once to twice a week to a park and love it.

      3. Carmen

Was just there in September and the longest line I was in for any ride, was 40 minutes. Most were under 20.

Lol, oh look! It’s delusional “S1”… who hasn’t stepped away from his EZ chair in 26 years! You wouldn’t know what the crowds at Disneyland are like bud, so calm your rolls. Unfortunately you are DEAD wrong about Disneyland being a “ghost town”. For once, I wish you were right. Anyway! Back to Bonanza, buddy!

They have really good doctors over at the VA you should really take some time to talk with them. you need help and that’s coming from one of you brothers in arms

The military is a free handout, mooch. Sit down and learn how to respect the tax payers that paid for you to jerk off next to a burn pit.

        1. Charlieq

You do realize military members are taxpayers too don’t you?

      3. Rp

Just got back from a week long vacation Disneyland it was insanely packed. Reservations were book out throughout October.

      4. Jim James Jimothy

There’s no way you are not a troll…

    3. Go Biden

Oh look at that, a triggered snowflake. Hope you are enjoying Biden doing awesome!

People handing over tons of money for this? Time to wake up and say no to corporate greed. Disney’s new motto is “Pay us more and we’ll give you less, because we can.” It used to be they would cut off entry when the park was comfortably full. But over the years that number kept going up. Why? Because people who didn’t know better would tolerate it. Years ago you could plan to go during off season. Disney World stopped having an off season a long time ago.
Instead of having the wisdom to open another theme park location between California and Florida, Disney just keeps packing in more people to overwhelmed parks. Every year they charge you more and give you less. It would be one thing if the increase in entry price was to play the cast members more. That’s not the case. It’s to pay the greed driven people at the top more who laugh all the way to the bank talking about fools and their money.
Nothing will get better as long as people continue to tolerate being taken advantage of by the Disney money machine.

        1. Jann

          Yes, agree with you Nick.
We used to be annual pass holders for years. We used to could ride every ride at both MK and DCA in 1 day… and our recent trip- this week we didn’t even ride half of the rides. Such a shame.

We purchased oggie boogie and went, those few hours were good- but the rest of our trip and time in the park was awful. We’ve given Disney way too much $$ over the years and we’re done. It is pay more experience longer lines, less enjoyment ,more crowds.

          Even our son is done.

        2. Debraa

Cast member get raises every year and many are paid well. Ticket and food profits pay water and electric in parks and repairs and maintenance of the rides

        3. AN

We went the week before Ian hit and it wasn’t overcrowded. Thank god we hadn’t planned for the next week!

    5. Raven

Just got back from a week long vacation from Disneyland it was insanely packed. All reservations were sold out for the month of October. It was crazy won’t do that again.

    6. Gem

Ghost town? Lol – try again! It’s packed! I tried going on “off season” and it was still filled

    7. Dwayne P

      Lololololol

Makes sense, the people complaining about it are 3 years old and had never been to Disneyland before the pandemic.

I mean, if they did, they remembered when Dland had wait times of 3-4 hours on the VERY BUSY days.

  3. There are Patriotic decorations in the picture. Curious when this picture was taken.

    1. Joe

Last possible date would have been late August. It’s possible they made the whole thing up.

      1. Joe

Or you know, “Main Street, U.S.A.”, the first “themed land” inside the main entrance of the “theme park” might just have a “U.S.A. themed” decoration up year round as it’s part of the “theme”.

Epcot is going to blow your mind.

    2. Tim

That looks like July Fourth crowds. The Parks are always packed on July 4th. I have seen Magic Kingdom go into CrowdCon 3 on the 4th of July. Remember that what Disney claims as limiting capacity works out to be slightly higher than the average daily attendance numbers for the parks. So there is no real change in the number of people in the parks as capacity has nothing to do with the size of the crowd as the capacity limits are as made up as Fantasy Land is. The Lightning Lane photo I question as that is outside what appears to be a que line. My guess is that is the standby and the empty lane next to the people is the Lightning Lane. But not sure just seems suspect to me.

      1. Dawn

The empty queue next to the “line” is for Splash Mountain. Which would mean it was taken when Splash was down for a bit, it’s usually a huge line during the summer. The queue for Haunted is on the other side of the Mansion.

  4. Kris

Watching live streams from the park lately and it’s just out of control. They really need to slash the number of guests in the park dramatically. There is no way I would enjoy a day of almost every line being over an hour long.

  5. I have been going to Disney parks since 1971, and try to go off season but in February, it was the worse crowds that I have ever experienced in WDW. From what I read on Disney posts, Disneyland is just as crowded. The cost has skyrocket since the Covid situation. Plus since the reopening Crowds are uncontrollable.
We experienced a man with a stroller knocking my wife to the ground and continuing to run it into her while she was on the ground.
I was shopping at a store and one of those electric chairs people ride, backed into me and pushed into a display.
Maybe years from now, if and when crowds are not like they are presently, we may try Disney parks again, but for now it is not the same experience and magic.

    1. Dawn

I go a few times a month, the crowds are not nearly as bad as they have been in past years. Just don’t follow the Genie or Genie+, everyone watches the wait times and all rush to the rides with lower reported times. Which is why they get a huge back up. Just go to the rides you want in your own time.

  6. Denise

I always see people posting that they never seen the park(s) this crowded. Yet, Disney set a limit of how many people can come into the park(s) which is less than what they used to let in.

    1. D

I mean they could have limited by 10 fewer people, and they would technically not be lying. Face it, the parks are overcrowded and uncomfortable. It’s sadly only a matter of time before someone gets seriously injured. Maybe Disney should see what happened at Hillsborough with overcrowding……

  7. Ollie

I went maybe 3 times since May.. it was packed with people every time. Went middle of the week too. I remember waiting in line for over 30 minutes to get an ice cream parfait at the “adorable snowman” ice cream place at California Adventure. Most rides were average 70 minutes. I wanted to ride the Guardians Tower which was 115 minutes and gave up. The days of going to Disneyland to relax and unwind are over, at least for now. It’s shoulder to shoulder and waiting in lines all day. Nowhere to sit when you order food. I haven’t been in the last month, and probably won’t go again until January. Hoping the crowds are at least manageable by then.

Calling all adults who are still little children. Grow Up. Do something real. Stop the madness. It isn’t real. Mickey isn’t a talking Mouse. It’s a kid wearing a costume bitter and angry because of very low pay. Time to get a life.

    1. Joanna

Obviously you cant afford to go hence the anger. Its an experience like no other. Immersive beautiful and fun.

Went early november last year. We have been to disneyworl like 17 times in 20 years. It was awful. We spent over 5,000 dollars on our trip and it was so God awful crowded we hardly did anything. As far as I am concerned I am done with Disneyworl. Would rather take a couple of vacations soMewhere else for the money. I called it the 5,000 trip from hell!!!

    1. Joanna

$5000? Thats not very much. Guessing you didnt stay long nor stay on property. We went last October and spent almost $15,000. Had a fantastic time

I family and I have been going to WDW about twice A year since 1971. In our last 4 visits after Covid it has been unbearable. The overcrowding in the parks. The extremely long lines for attractions, even the lighting lines are too long. Wait times for snacks and quick service are unbelievable even with mobile order. We are DVC owners and always looked forward to our trips but not anymore. We found ourselves walking around the parks with getting on 2 attractions. We had our faces glued to the phone trying to get a genie+ ride that wasn’t 2 hours into the future. At Epcot the lines for the food and wine booths had very long lines. No wonder everyone is disillusioned. The parks are definitely overcrowded and the park reservation system that was to reduce overcrowding is a farce. Time to sell our DVC.

  11. Tasha

They need to get rid of the Magic Keys and the crowds will be fine. Everyone pays for a day ticket to visit. End of story. Our next vacation we are coming between Christmas and New Year when all MKs are banned. Some of them come every week!

  12. Morgan

My family and I are here in Disneyland currently. The lines are so bad. I seriously suggest waiting until after the holiday season before stopping by to any of the parks. We literally waited in a line for cars speed racers for 3 whole hours. Its sad. It takes away from the magic of it all.

  13. JD

I was there with my family on the 7th. 5 of us total. In the park at 10:30am and between 10:30am and when we left at 10pm we went on 5 rides and saw world of color.. was our last visit before our magic keys expire and it was an awful way to end it. Had passes 8+ years but can’t do it anymore. Really miss how the park was 5 to 8 years ago. My personal opinion ia that it was way more enjoyable.. guess that’s how it is though, things always change.

There should be a Disney North in Oregon.

  15. Joe

You’re a waste of space. Go play in traffic.

  16. Lora

Build another park inTexas to ease the crowds. Not all of us can afford Genie + or to fly to Paris, Tokyo or Hong Kong. And keep Mr Toads wild ride while your at it 😜

  17. S

We were down there last week . We wasn’t going but the hotel gave us tickets for 65.00 each

  18. Lindsey B

We went to Disneyland the 2nd week of Sept in 2019- it was empty. Rode every ride 3+ times.

Went 2nd week of Sep 2022- busiest I’ve ever seen it. Busier than some of the most crowded summer weekends I’d been to in years past. Had genie+ and still barely got on any rides. Literally couldn’t walk through new orleans square after 2pm it was so packed. LL line for Haunted Mansion was backed up past splash mtn. Crazy. Won’t be back if this is what the “off season” continues to be like.

  19. Tim

Two things first I believe that the picture shown was proven to be at a different time. I believe it was a fourth of July pic. Second, they are not limiting the capacity as one might think. Limiting the total capacity still allows the normal crowd numbers as always that attend the parks. This means that with the construction and the limited entertainment options the parks appear crowded more because they have taken the same amount of people and crammed them into a smaller space.

Was our first time to DW this October… Im not sure what I was expecting but was kinda unimpressed. Stayed at a park hotel but spent a lot of time on the bus/shuttle going back n forth…Epcot wasn’t anything for me really….I don’t drink beer and didn’t really like the different foods…Magic Kingdom was probably my fav…but It’s probably my last visit to DW….
