I have never stayed at any Disneyland Resort Hotel though I have stayed many times in Walt Disney World in Orlando. Although when staying at the All Star Hotels the rooms were clean but really needed to be updated as they were kind of Shabby. I have stayed at all the AllStar Resorts. I have also stayed in Port Orleans Riverside and I found that one excellent. Although staying at the Coronado Springs Resort the room was clean no problem there or actually as far as cleanliness none of their Resorts that I have stayed in had any problems with Cleanliness. Though back to the Coronado Springs (before the revamping) I found it disappointing. My complaint was that all the decor for what Coronado Springs was supposed to resemble was all at the the check in / check buildings. The rooms themselves were in pink buildings that reminded me of the hotels/motels on Irlo Bronson Hwy (rte 192). I have also stayed at Ft Wilderness but not one of there accommodations there. My favorite of all of the ones I have stayed at is Port Orleans Riverside though I think it could use more transportation types. It was kind of hard getting there at one point of our stay the buses to Port Orleans had stopped running and a big thank you to a bus driver from another resort got us really close to our accommodations but we still had a bit of a walk. They should run until after Disney Springs( was Downtown Disney at that time) closes. They may now but they didn’t then. It is my wish to visit every WDW Resort at least once.

Had issues with old key west. The handicap room was cleaned with bleach. But the refrigerator was filthy and we could not stay in the room due to the overwhelming bleach smell. They moved us to a cleaner room only issue was it was upstairs.
The other one was we expanded our stay at all star. I ran the. Faucet and the sink would not drain. It was disgusting. The maintenance guy kept blaming me telling me not put anything down the drain. We just arrived and he continued to snake the sink leaving a mess. And the room was grimy everywhere. We stayed 1 night left early.
The last few years before the pandemic the house keeping was not up to par. Last trip this year room was cleaner but I still used Lysol and Clorox wipes before we settled in. We also washed all the dishes in the 1 bedroom dvc
