I will not support liberal Disney if they gave me free passes… spent tens of thousands of dollars on past Disney vacations, No more ! Let’s see how they do without half the populations support! Got rid of their stock, also!
I’m an annual passholder and have been since I was a child but I will say the perks are not like they use to be and not really worth the money they charge now. Crowds have gotten worse and prices. I have been 3x in the past year. I didn’t even visit the parks when we stayed at the cabins over the summer. I don’t totally blame it on Disney, partial blame should be put on the people who post all the “hacks ” and ways to get magic on social media. People take advantage of of it or demand it which makes it less magical for the employees and everyone around them. I worked at Disney and I use to get excited when I wad given permission to give out magic. No one wants to do that if people are demanding it because they saw that it’s offered. People demand and they are going to be supplied and treated like any other theme park, store, restaurant or resort. JUST SAYIN
I would have loved to get annual passes but they’re not available for anyone outside of Florida. We have gone and gotten 7 and 9 day passes, in one year. We eat at parks, shop and are huge fans. So how do people who get annual passes think they’re more loyal, bigger fans and spend more money? They take advantage of going or getting to go to the parks more often, but probably don’t spend as much (most of them) as those who travel to have their Disney Experiences? Sue happy self-intitled people, that’s all. No one forces people to go to Disney, they choose to pay the prices for what they want, as I do. Disney is a business and they can dictate their business. Nobody “had the right” to demand pricing, what they wear or how they act when they are voluntarily going into and paying to do so, a business. Get over yourselves and just enjoy Disney or just don’t go.
Annual passes are only for FL residents Kurt. You are not a FL resident. For everyone else I agree DW has gotten ridiculous thanks to the CEO. Unfortunately no matter how much you carry on about not spending money there again, that is your prerogative but until EVERYONE stops going DW’s CEO won’t back down on what he is doing with DW. It is terrible to.see what is happening to DW.
Annual Pass holder for years until this year, when the changes forced us to drop. Living only 30 minutes from the parks, we often went on impulse, with no need to plan ahead. The reservation requirements changed that completely. As for trying to contact Disney to try to discuss this during the pandemic, I tried many times, but you had to endure a insanely long wait to speak to someone on the phone, I never got though to discuss. So I understand the merits of this lawsuit as we hardly got to use our annual passes when this change occurred, compared to the number of time we went annually in the past. Love Disney and miss it so much, but these changes and cost increases tarnished the magic for us.
We are Annual passholders and we spent plenty on their over priced restaurants and merchandise so they should not be so quick to disregard us. Plus we are Disney vacation club owners for which we paid plenty and still pay dues. They were happy to take my money then.

Yeah, I easily spent over $13,000 in my last trip, I am cutting my budget and eating off site and staying in an offsite hotel. Enough it enough!
