Reservation system serves no purpose. Before the pandemic it was fine so why are they use it it now. Universal and sea world stop it. Go back to the way things where Disney is so screwed up now. It was never that way when you had fast pass no reservation and park hopping and all the old annual passes. Bring back Epcot 4. Disney has changed so much and it’s not even about the cost it abut all the other changes. It’s more about money for the CEO’s now. They do t care about there employees or the people who come to the parks they care about there own bank accounts

I am a magic key pass holder and never have I once experienced any reservation problems, matter of fact I’ve gotten reservations after canceling the very next day , I was skeptical about the system even joking ” imagine you’ll get a reservation.” Disney will accommodate when something goes wrong . I’ve been given free passes when things have gone wrong in the parks or hotels . So it’s hard to believe or stand by this protest when Disneyland and the reservation system has never once lete down .

Sadly for some of us this hasn’t been the case. The way I’ve been waiting for 1.5 to maybe 2 hours as I’d been having issues with my reservations, yet they could do nothing for me and my bf. I’m not even talking about free passes, the manager claimed they couldn’t even offer us a free warm drink for the long wait. That cost them like what, a couple of euro at the most.

It’s first come first serve just because you’re a pass member don’t make you privileged or better than anyone else

Uhhhhh….that’s EXACTLY what a pass is supposed to do. What’s the point of a pass of it isn’t privileged?
