Seems to me that lately Disney is not keeping up its maintenance like it used to. I have been going since 1972 and I have never heard of so many breakdowns and closures etc. It is really sad for a company that used to have such high standards. Considering the amount od money they charge it is really poor business. Not to mention the noticeable lack in the variety of mercahndise available, and this started before covid. There used tohe so many neat specialty shops that went with the themed lands and now it seems evrything is generic. Walt is rollng in his grave! Sad when money means more then the guests

    1. Unfortunately LUANN alot of what you’ve said is true. Money over guests.

  2. I find plenty of things to do in WDW that barely cost us a few dollars. We go for 2 weeks a year so, we have to be thrifty. If an attraction is down, is it going to ruin your whole vacation? When I feel a bit tired, I go back and do some fishing. I have loved it since I was a little girl. We love walking around the loops to our cabin. We have seen so many beautiful animals that we would never see up here in the east. I love the way that the kids look so amazed at just about anything. I like watching the fibre optics twinkling at night. I never want to go home. My Husband likes to grill. It is especially nice if one of the other cabin dwellers are friendly.

  3. I forgot to say ” Have a Disney Day”!. BTW the worst day at WDW beats a great day at work!

Went with the family in the beginning of September for a 2wwek stay and must say the maintenance seems to be taking a back seat in priorities. There is so many things in the parks in need of attention. I’ve never seen it so bad and wonder if it’s a lack of cast members that things are not being kept up.

The problem with Disney is not the condition of any rides – The problem it’s woke employee attitudes, policies and programming. That is what has been destroying Disney these past two years.
