So I use to work in Disney central… the customer service center for all things disney. You can’t lose everything by changing a password… it doesn’t work like that…. What actually happened is whoever the guest spoke to merged there disney+ with their my disney experience incorrectly. It can be fixed just by calling the customer service center but it doesn’t work like that….. really need to work on info before you write an article saying people loose everything by changing a password……..
I just returned from a trip to Walt Disney World and after arriving went to go into Magic Kingdom. We had an issue and were told are AP’s were not active and needed to go to guest relations. After the time spent at guest relations to fix this issue we found out that the system wiped out 2 weeks of booked park reservations. I later spent about 45 minutes working with concierge service at my resort to rebook our park reservations some of which were linked with dining reservations.
