I feel like Disney is neglecting every ride that is not Marvel or Star Wars themed or does not have screens. It seems like all of the older rides are always breaking down and the focus is on the newer rides that have screens instead of animatronics. The newer rides feel like watching 3D television and not like being on an actual ride.
When the parks were closed for Covid, Disney should have been doing all of the refurbishments. Instead they got rid of all of the cast members. So they re-opened and a lot of the rides are in need of repairs. It’s silly for rides to be closed when you are paying such an expensive price for a ticket. Scheduled refurbishments are one thing but rides are always breaking down in the parks much more now then they used to.
More with the “While the parks were closed for Covid” hooey. The parks were closed because everything that was not essential business was closed and you were not permitted to be “doing all of the refurbishments”.
But then again when you make comments like older rides are always breaking down might be your clue. The older rides are 50 years old. The newer Star Wars and Marvel rides are all less than 3 years old. Hmmm, maybe that factors into it.
And I guess you have not been on the newer 3D rides like, I dont know, Flight of Passage, Remi’s or Runaway Railway with some of the longest waits in the park
You don’t know what you’re talking about either Scott. The “new” rides are broken down quite a bit also. Remi is constantly broken down for hrs at a time as well as rise of the resistance. So they can’t keep up with the maintenance on the old rides and anything ride with new technology break down on a daily basis. Lose lose situation.
Since It’s a small goes down every year for the decorations anyway, they should close it a bit early- late September/early October- and give it a really good turn-out so there won’t be any issues. Remember what happened last year?
Maybr if Disney sprinkles a dozen or so gay couples into the anomatronics they will take better care of this ride. Appeasing 5% of the population seems to be their main goal these days.

Their priorities are seriously messed up.
