I am a former Disneyland custodial host and I will tell you that sometimes it’s nearly impossible to make sure every trash can is empty and not overflowing on a busy day. There are some trash cans that are more utilized than others. Some will be filled beyond capacity others completely empty with a given area. So to say that they are slipping means that you haven’t accounted for that. It’s not an easy job. One person may be responsible for an entire land which can be more than 250 trash cans in busy and non busy areas, not including the ones inside of the rides that they are responsible for. On a busy day I have seen a trash can fill beyond capacity in 25 minutes or less. Don’t be so hard on these people they are working as hard as they can to make sure that the park is as clean and beautiful as it can possibly be.
