I think the live streaming needs to go at bare minimum, regardless of if they were abusing the DAS or not. Doing this is a commercial use of your ticket/pass, which is not allowed.
100% abuse of the Magic Key. Clearly soliciting for donations. I’m sure Disney is thrilled this program is being used for grifters to virtually panhandle in the parks. Credit to Tony – at least he didn’t get there 5 minutes before close.
That guy is a lunatic, a grifter and a bully! 👎🏼 The only thing “Tony Two Times” is good for is opening cans with his fu**ed up teeth. 🤣 #StompOutGrifting
Tony has bullied people with disabilities, his fans, and guests in the parks. He’s even cheating on his pregnant wife with two fans and one of his moderators on YouTube. This man claims he’s being bullied, but Louie and ITM is just starting facts, using his livestream illustrate that he’s a narcissist and an emotional cripple.
Criticism of his actions is one thing, but making accusations about him cheating on his wife is out of line. Keep your comments about the topic and not personal attacks.
Thank you ITM for covering this story. The Vloggers mentioned in this article are notorious for harassing and bullying anyone who speaks out about their bad behavior. Disney needs to ban them. Enough is enough!
Absolutely needs to stop. The prices keep going up and the value keeps going down. We renewed our passes but with great hesitation.
Unfortunately we’ve had a unpleasant experience of encountering these people who make a living out of filming at Disneyland, not just once but at least a dozen times. I about lost it when a man old enough to be my Father was filming my children. I asked him to stop filming my family. He told me Disneyland’s public property.
They care about nobody but themselves. This reminds me of the duo Best Life and Beyond who I used to like watching back in the day. They’ve just become more and more entitled and don’t listen to anything people have to say. Complete narcissists who use Disneyland as their ‘office’, not sympathising or respecting that families have saved for their holidays there, sometimes over years. People aren’t happy when they are being filmed and then used as background noise in what is a huge scam and con of decent folks’ hard earned money. Enough is enough with these YouTubers. They should all be banned or at the very LEAST the live streaming should be banned. So sick of it. 🙁
I really hope Disney Parks, Experiences and Products takes action against these livestreams and vloggers. When there is official filming at Disneyland, they will post signs at the entrance so you are aware and can avoid the areas of filming if do not want to be on camera. I had a run-in with the vlogging duo Best Life and Beyond on the Rise of the Resistance attraction. They were filming with what looked like a production style setup with handheld tripod and professional grade clip-on lavalier microphones. My sweet mamalita and I did not want to be on camera, but we had no choice. In particular, the female half of Best Life and Beyond was loud and intrusive to our experience, an experience we paid extra for to skip the line. We were being filmed without our consent. It turns out they posted vlog with my family visible and are making money off it on the youtube. This is not ok. Disneyland, please do something about this.
Disney has already posted rules against what streamers are doing under “Prohibited Activities” so just a shame these aren’t enforced:
*The distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind unless prior written approval has been obtained.
*Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind, or otherwise engaging in any activity, for unapproved commercial purposes.
*Unauthorized solicitations of any kind, whether commercial, religious, educational or otherwise, or conducting any unauthorized commercial activities, including solicitations of money or other contributions or donations.
So who’s lying in the beginning of the story they sad they got the disability pass for the moms bad knee. NEVER mentioned that the kid was disabled at all until he got called out for the abuse.
Disney won’t give a DAS for a “bad knee”, DAS is reserved for people who have severe enough disabilities that waiting in a line is just not possible. If you injure your leg, or have some other physical limitation but are otherwise healthy, you either go through the standard queue (DCA most if not all queues are wheelchair accessible) or if a the queue isn’t accessible, then you go to the ride exit and a cast member will scan your ticket, and let’s say the return time for regular standby queue is 50 minutes, they will tell you to come back in 50 minutes. You can only be “queued” for 1 ride at a time, so you can’t go around and scan at a bunch of different rides and get return times to everything all at once. It basically results in you waiting your turn in queue while not physically being in the queue.
Sounds to me like Tony went with the kid who has the actual DAS pass, and made the mistake of filming it all. If he wanted to film it for the family he shouldn’t have shared it publicly. Making a video to make money off of it using a DAS is kind of scummy, but he didn’t “abuse” the DAS pass. If the kid legitimately has a disability (I believe they said he is autistic) then Tony riding with the kid is totally fine, he just shouldn’t have recorded it and shared it publicly.
Disney streamers and vloggers provide a joyful safe space for the mental health, disabled and physically disabled community.
Disneyland has held a special place in my heart since childhood, and now today I can watch and share this love of the Happiest Place on Earth with others who share the same Disney passion as I do. I wouldn’t be a supporter if they didn’t share the Disney value as I do, I wouldn’t be supporting if they didn’t respect it as I do.
It’s not entertainment, it’s a community.
It’s not easy to find safe spaces to share happiness, joy and positivity, and that is precisely what these passionate Disney enthusiasts have done. It’s incredible that today, Walt’s dream can by be seen and felt by those who cannot be in the parks themselves. It’s truly special. Whether it be because of distance, finances, mental reasons, physical reasons, ALL can be included in Walt’s joy. It’s truly beautiful. It breaks my heart that there are people out there(albeit a minority) who can’t understand this. I’m hoping to help provide a way for them to see another perspective. Sadly, I tried to do this on the channel who posted this about Tony, all of my heartfelt messages were removed. Clearly the channel owner can’t even stand behind their own accusations, censoring the words of someone who appreciates Tony.
Disney streamers and vloggers, like so many others, have been a blessing in my life. It’s provided tremendous help during the most challenging times. I’m thankful beyond words for what they’ve done. And there are thousands of others who feel the same.
Let’s talk about the lives they’ve touched, now THAT would be a worthy topic.
The smear campaign is a senseless, hate fueled attack, and ultimately it’s not attacking the vloggers, it’s an attack on the viewership community, because the vloggers would be nothing without the support from the people. We are the community. We are the channel. And they receive support because the people who are watching benefit greatly from it.
What’s especially hurtful and personal about this situation, is that Tony(like the others) has HELPED so many in the disabled community by providing this content. It’s very personal to me because of this.
Giving hope, love, joy that is what Walt intended, that is what these wonderful people provide to those who would otherwise be unable. It’s truly beautiful. If this was taken away it would be a Disney tragedy beyond belief.
100% agree with you. While I am extremely fortunate enough to be able to visit Disneyland once a year, there are a couple of vloggers that help me share in the magic all throughout the year. When I am having a really stressful day, or dealing with a lot of negativity in my life, I can count on them to share my happy place, and let me share in some of the magic. I have learned a lot about the parks through some of the things they have shared, and love seeing all the new things that come to the park and even some things I’ll never get to have/experience as some things are seasonal.
Most vloggers are very respectful, kind people, and I have zero problem with them being in the parks and posting to YouTube and other platforms.
I totally I agree with you. This also applies to Disney World too. That also explains why I don’t see the point in banning vloggers and livestreamers from the Disneyland and Disney World resorts at anytime.
Enough is enough with these YouTubers. They should all be banned and life streaming. me and my family dont want to be on your stupid videos, and if you want me in them PAY ME!!!!! i also had a run in with BLAB i ask them nicely to please stop filming our way, the female said to me we can fill what ever we want. so rude and i guess her dad she films with did gie a dam she was rude to us, he just stood there. great daughter and dad team….NOT
i just found out about them few months ago, did know who this daughter dad team was till after that incident i had with them, started to Google them and OMG they are horrible people, how do people support them…i then went down a rabbit hole with other vloggers and i feel that live streaming should not be allowed at the park and make money, i paid alot money to get in the park i want to enjoy it and not be filmed by vloggers to make money, like i said you want me in your stupid YT pay me!!!! these people need real jobs and not live in this fairy life style.
Thank God for given me courage to fight my battle through solution temple i saw on a blog which i will never forget anytime soon he has really done alot for me. priestadu@ gmail. com

Katie Slockbower, Spencer Emmons, and Tony Tony (mentioned in article) are all leaders of the “Best Life & Beyond Social Club”.
Their disrespect for public health policies (specifically Covid-19) and exploitation of ADA rules cannot be ignored by Disney any longer.
Disney, please stand up against these Vloggers on behalf of us “good citizens of Disneyland”.
Eduardo S.
You make very good points Mr Jarli.

I’m still trying to understand why people with just baby strollers are parking in handicapped spaces??
