You’ve tagged this article incorrectly. It’s for Disney Paris, not the OG Anaheim park. Southern California hasn’t gotten rain like that, and no rain at all lately.
I was here in DLP for that rain storm. It came on very suddenly and we managed to get covered in the Phantom Manor queue. But then so many people refused to exit Phantom Manor after riding that the ride had to be shut down because there was no place to go when getting out of the ride vehicles. I’m not sure why the staff wasn’t able to make the guests leave. We left the queue and got absolutely drenched running across the park to make a dinner reservation!

First it was Main Street USA at Disney World getting flooded and now Star Wars Space Mountain in Disney Paris. Okay this is getting weird.
