Those ugly buildings designed by Micheal Graves look like they came straight out of WW2 Gemany,he did another just as bad in downtown Portland ,Oregon we call the Albert Speer memorial.
I stayed at the Swan hotel once and I will never stay there again because there were too many hallways and elevators and the bathrooms were so small and they didn’t provide any robes for the guests and that really aggravated me and they only had small bottles of Shampoo,conditioner and bodywash in the bathroom.I really do think that the Swan and Dolphin hotels need to step up their game and provide guests with robes and they need to have bigger bathrooms with at least one big bottle of Bodywash,one big bottle each of Shampoo and conditioner. Because that’s what guests want in a hotel room.
