I can’t wait..I’m going to renew hubby’s annual..he’s not a huge fan, I would rather be able to transfer it to my grandson…:)
Little by little things are coming to pass…:)
Go figure bc it’s that time of year. They need to get rid of reservations that would be one good thing and the only good thing if you r a annual pass holder and live close by bc that was one of the good thing you could go when you felt like it. That’s what we use to do not anymore it more of a pain to pick days you want to go and then if it rains you just have to cancel them but what do you expect from Disney
They raise pricing every October so see them coming back after then. Bob Paycheck stated they will bring back annual passes when they see the economy affecting their bottom line!
Can’t believe we can’t get an annual pass because we live in Maryland. We have had passes for 20 years, living in Florida for 13 years. We moved to Maryland and due to Covid let our pass expire. We spend months at a time in kissimmee and need our passes. We love spending leisure days and enjoying Disney dining. We are seniors and just can’t go from opening to closing like you have to when you just get a daily ticket.
They need to have annual passes available at all times. Right now no one is saying why they are not selling them now… And please get rid of reservations, we what to be able to just go to wdw like we use to, when we wake up and say lets go… Another thing that has to be corrected is having friends wanting to go with us but doesn’t have annual pass and then we will not even know if the day is available!!!! Your reservation system stinks!!!!! We see larger crowd’s now which doesn’t make sense if they are regulating how many people are allowed in park!!!!
They won’t even sell to out of Florida DVC members who pay the RE taxes on the membership along with maintenance fees. I am really mad at that aspect of it. And yes are selling points off after next trip. Handicap family here who needs the pass for visits because sooner or later someone’s going to be under the weather and I will loose a day of ticket . On a annual pass it doesn’t matter as much.
Unless they get rid of reservations and go back to the real fast passes, I doubt there will be going after this. We’ve had annual passes for as long as they’ve had annual passes, but ended ours in 2020 when Disney started showing their stupidity.
I miss going regularly like I used to.. (spent a lot of money there too as we always stayed on site), but I guess we may never go back unless Disney comes back into reality.
As a first timer, I’ve been waiting for this since my vacation there in 2021. Moved to Florida in 2022 because I’m a Disney junkie (and found a great house for cheap, 28 mins. away from all things Disney). When I heard that APs were paused, my heart sank. I’m hoping it comes back soon cause I’m eyeballing the Pirate Pass.
I like to go on the spur of the moment. I too am very unhappy that a reservation is required and it’s so very hard to get on rides and into events. There should be some real benefits to being a pass holder. I was at Animal Kingdom last week for 7 hours and only participated in the safari because the waits were extreme.
Allowing Florida residents to flood the parks for cheap, ruining the experience of out-of-state and international guests who pay much higher fees and stay at an equally high cost is one of the bigger mistakes WDW has made in coming back from the pandemic.
“An announcement will be made”…
This could mean Disney will be ending AP’s as well, which wouldn’t surprise me in the least. Paycheck has to figure out a way to really fleece the AP buyers before implementing AP sales again.
Who gives a f!@# I’ve hated Disney since I was six years old, people who are grown adults and watch children’s movies, and go to their theme parks are pathetic & stupid! All Disney is a corporation who only want’s to profit off the weak & feeble minded. Go ahead and spend your hard earned money on a completely evil enity who screws over their employees & only cares about their stock options and making sure all the ceo’s and upper management get their incentives & cash raises.
P.S. after all the s@#! They’ve done to their employees & people that attend this so called magical place on earth should be shut down, and have gasoline & kerosene poured over everything strike a match and be done with it! And whatever doesn’t incinerate should have explosives placed in the buildings & blow it straight to hell.

If they restart the annual pass you can bet the increase in cost will be above 30%.
