Sorry I’m not wasting good money @ Disney I can pay off a loan for the same money and get peace of mind at the same time.

If anyone thinks the heat and cost is bad waiting in the sun for a ride in Epcot, etc. try waiting in front of Galaxy’s edge with very little shade or seating with no access to A/C for the equivalent of $1.50 per minute.

We are in December. We have been to Disney in December and know the crowd pre pandemic. We do not go on dec 31 or Jan 1 because pre pandemic you can’t move at MK or Hollywood. We literally stood in MK front by train station because you couldn’t push the wheelchair through the crowd. So we have learn the lesson to skip the parks those 2 days. I believe the crowds are pre pandemic and we were there in march April before spring breakers and crowds were big. Before the foreigners were back. If you have a family of special needs who love the Disney world. You go. Just plan better. One timers I can see trying to get on everything. We are DVC just wish annual passes were back.

Stupid is as stupid does. Do t feel sorry for anyone who waits in line for a ride at Disney in Florida in the summer time.

      Right?! 🤣

  4. There is not a single thing at Disney I would stand and wait for that long, but especially not for this lack luster ride! Go get a Gran Marnier slushie, find some shade and people watch! You’ll have a better time!!!

Yet another newsworthy gem of an article, courtesy of ITM…

Agree! Another shocking revelation that it’s hot in Florida in July! Who would have ever known this without their in depth research. Their next assignment should be to go into the Disney Lagoon to see if there are really alligators in it or is this just a myth.

Oh, the horror of it all. Its summer time it gets hot. Humanity survived the ice age, we will survive a little hot weather.

Hahaaa… technically we’re still IN the current ice age.

I was at DL during Christmas week in 2013. There was an unusual heat wave at the time and it was a lot more like June weather than December. Park was at capacity with wall-to-wall people everywhere, so much so that walking down main street had to be done a couple of steps at a time, and the wide archway between fantasyland and Adventureland was completely blocked with people and it was impossible to get through. And while the New Years Eve show they had at DCA was one of the most spectacular ive ever seen, I am NEVER going during a major holiday period again!

  8. Florida in the summer.

I feel like they took out a bunch of fans in their queues. Or was I just going crazy.

My wife and 2 kids had annual passes in 2016.. every time we went, the crowds were ridiculous. It didn’t matter if it was a Tuesday while everyone else was supposed to be at work/school with zero holidays near, the park was just stupid-packed. What a waste of $$$.
