I do know there a woman named Jeannie Peeper in or near Winter Park,Fla that publishes the FOP Newsletter. She may or may not be doing that anymore do do healreasons. Its terrible what they have put this woman thru,as FOP is a extremely rare condition
She should absolutely win this lawsuit. I too am disabled and use wheelchair assistance when in the airport and had an issue once where a southwest employee refused to help me get to my gate. Fortunately for me a fellow passenger was kind enough to assist.
This is one perspective and I would like to hear the other side of the story before passing judgement. But if SWA staff declined to provide wheelchair assistance, then they should be liable. I just find it hard to believe that they refused.
I feel really bad for the this woman and I pray she will get through this. but I can’t help but to wonder why she didn’t have an aid with her to assist her? With all her health issues it’s not safe for her to travel alone beacuse of this reason. Not that it’s her fault or anything. I’m sure she has a reason with insurance coverage or what not.

Southwest needs to take accountability for there lack of help, and be responsible for cost to customer.

Absolutely she should win the lawsuit!! How difficult is it to help a disabled person in need of a little bit of kindness and help?
Shame on this worker for ignoring her and putting whatever she felt was more important a priority.
This makes me sick! What is our world coming to? Inhumane POS

Assuming these are the facts, the manager should be fired and SWA should be liable for millions

Agreed. People making judgements without ALL the facts has become an epidemic in this country.
