Who are these people!
Who do they think they are. They seem to be bullies instead of being friendly with the future of tomorrow. These characters disgust me. Fire them
No good for anyone.
The difference is one is an accident with no human intent based on lack of vision in a costume, the other is you with total intent to harm someone else. How about when you inevitably mistake your gas pedal for the brake and slam your car into a store front one day, instead of people realizing it was a mistake and you shouldn’t be driving, (which is all true in those scenarios usually), they go and slam a car into your home as retaliation for your accident?
It fails to be an accident when the user fails to implement control. If you know that your car is having problems or that your personal response time is slow, it’s your responsibility to stay away from other cars. If this person lacks the ability to control a costume (and I was a school mascot with a much larger costume so don’t even with me) then they should stay far away from children.
Author how the hell do you know it was mostly likely an accident. That’s you injecting your bias into your reporting. It’s call gaslighting not reporting.
What it looks like is a lack of training and no handlers. It’s very hard to see in those costumes and judge distance, that is why you normally see handlers around to protect the public and the performer. Also, there are heat and adrenal issues to think about. I wouldn’t make the judgement that it was intentional. It needs to addressed and steps taken to avoid it happening in the future for sure.
Simple lack of handlers. Good grief. The last story about the 2 girls is clearly a hand-out grab. Put on one of those dinosaur inflatables and tell me about you vision, much less one of these costumes and people let their 3 year old stand in the path of a moving costume character. Put one on, and tell me what you see from about your neck down. Then look straight down as much as you can and tell me what you see from your waist down. Lack of experience is fine. Ignorance is based on lack of experience. Many commenter on both stories are ignorant and that is ok. It’s understood. At least have the self awareness to know you’re a medicated drama queen though that thrives on negative attention on the internet and that you have zero experience with these costumes and all of them are different.
The only failure Is lack of a handler. It’s not “racism” as I’ve seen so many comments on social media claim. The park needs to implement handlers better.
All the morons crying racism yet none of these idiots have ever worked at a theme park let alone as a character in full kit. Time for some folks to STFU already, the nonsense is getting bothersome.

Someone else would’ve been filming me pushing back aggressively and making that character fall as well. He will NOT push my grandbaby like that!
