Normally I stick up for you guys about the articles as I find enjoyment in them but this article is insane. This is a wireless adapter from fifteen years ago. I have no idea why Nintendo put out a warning about it, perhaps someone had an attack? But either way this device uses WEP encryption and is easily hackable. So what would mainly happen is that they would crack your wifi password and have access to your network in which they could cause the above items in the article. Even if you were still using it, it’d be as slow as dirt. It’s basically a wireless g network card. We’ve gone through wireless B, G (this card), N, AC and AX. Not too mention the sub versions in between as we’re technically at AX version 2 or what they call Wifi 6e. So just an insane article all around. And in other news, water is wet! The hot story at 11!
