When i was younger i was terrified of rides and i refused to even go on splash mountain. As an adult i went to Disney world and finally decided to go on splash mountain for my first time and i had a blast so much fun i was going to waste my money on my picture to keep that memory but some Jackass college kids decided to take their shirts off and Disney refused to even let us see the picture because of the nudity

Lol while I’m glad I’m a regular and my kids and I have the luxury of going 6 to 7 times a month lol just love it. Get over it move to Southern California and be one of us. Stop crying

I’ve seen a lot of moronic entitled comments on here over the years, but yours takes the cake.

“Just move to SoCal, it’s so easy”

When the revolution comes, smug Disney regulars will be the first to go.

My family and just went for probably a once in life time trip to WDW thanks to the ever increasing prices there were some rides where my wife and I warned our 7 and 3 yo girls about some drops in the rides like Pirates of Caribbean because it was in complete darkness we tried to be as quiet as possible to be as respectful to others on the as we could. But I agree teenagers and adults doing to just do it is extremely rude.

I had this experience in Universal Studios FL last week, on the Spiderman 3D experience, older teenager literally recited word for word every script line before it was said! I thought it was unbelievable, it’s the same as seeing a new movie, if you seen it before keep your mouth shut and let everyone enjoy the experience

  5. We were on Its A Small World young mom and her daughter maybe 4 years old. The kid was excited and smiling and laughing having a cute time, she tried to get her mom’s attention pointing at the dolls, the mom told her to shut up so she could talk on her phone for the whole ride. The other people on the boat found out all about her period.

Oh that last one! People talking over the ride need to stop. Seriously, we all wanted in line for an attraction, not your conversation. The stretching room in Haunted Mansion comes to mind. Rode the holiday version last year and couldn’t hear the audio in the stretching room because of people continuing to have conversations.

I am so glad I am not alone on this! I hate it when people have conversations when you’re on a ride. It’s annoying!! This happens a lot in the Indiana Jones Adventure. Drives mne nuts!!

Coming from my first Disney vacation experience in WDW 12 years ago and then my 2nd experience 2 years later in DLR, DLR has always had much less courteous guests and cast members compared to WDW to my experience. What sold me on Disney was the customer experience in WDW, enough to decide to spend the $ to get married there. DLR, the guests were much more vacant and rude and cast members just plain weren’t as helpful for the guests as WDW was. Been back to DLR 2 other times precovid lockdowns and my opinion hasn’t changed. Enjoyed DLR and had fun but the guest experience wasn’t the same. Sadly our last trip over last New Year’s eve and day was not nearly as good as previous trips and WDW experience was a lot more like DLR’s than ever before. Welcome to the new Disney I guess.

Our evening 30th anniversary light show was so stressful and impacted by people with smartphones. As soon as the drones took to the air to signal the start of the show our view was a obscured by guests, as one, lifting their phones as high as they could to film the event. Younger guests ran amongst us to get a better view thinking nothing of standing right in front of you. Our 7 year old grandaughter was pushed out if the way a few times which really upset her – clearly TikTok live streaming was more important to these folk than peoples enjoyment of the moment.

Remember the World is full it of idiots and unfortunately Disney World seems to attract them.

Great, thanks for the ROTR spoiler

The rides all say “no flash pictures.” So the ones with the lights on are not the regulars. Those are the “first timers” or out of country guests that don’t turn the light off. A lot of guests cannot go to the parks at all so the streamers are helpful for them. Other say “drop time” to release the anxiety for themselves I know I like to count down on ROR to calm my son down. Maybe ask to be in a cart alone? If you want the whole “first timer” experience.
