  1. Every single person I know who has visited Disneyland or Disney World since the parks re-opened has come back with Covid following their vacations. It’s not just people who fly catching it at airports and on airplanes, it’s people who drive as well. People are going to Disney theme parks infected with Covid because of the reservation system and how hard it is to get a reservation. People please stay home if you have Covid.

The whole thing reminds me of the Disneyland measles outbreak which I was unaware of until we got home from vacation and I was diagnosed with measles.

I have been to Disneyland, Disney World, Knott’s, Dollywood, Silver Dollar City and various other such places, many of them several times and for weeks at a time and never got COVID from any of them. Not did anyone else in my party, so you now know at least 4 people that didn’t get COVID from such places. And these trips ranged from when things first started reopening to a few days ago.

But your plea to stay home if you have COVID is partially right, please stay home if you have ANY contagious illness. Seriously, it is just common sense.

For those that aren’t sick, wash your hands with soap and water frequently, avoid hand sanitizer as much as possible (it is only about 20% as washing your hands properly).

Sorry that wouldn’t stop my trip, you only test positive if you actually take a test, otherwise it’s just a cold and no one needs to know. You pay enough money and I’m sure they didn’t get a refund. Do what you want and visit the parks.
