It is amazing how people think that they can sue a company when it was THEIR CHOICE not to take the vaccine. Almost everyone I know had to take the shot and booster. If you did not, you do not have a job. At my job (government) I had to take the first set (or J & J) and the booster. I will only take the second booster if it is required by the job (for the record, I hate needles).
What these folks do not understand it that you need the vaccine to go places. My boss went on a cruise with the family and they all had to take a covid test regardless if they had the vaccine or not. There are still entertainment venues that will not let you in without proof. We just had Essence here and you had to prove that you had taken the vaccine. (the convention center and the dome). Alot of people were pissed but that is why you have to read the information before you buy the ticket.
