Okay….was it THE dress or was it a replica of the dress? Cause seriously…it’s referred to as a replica of the dress multiple times but the article is treating it as if it is THE dress. Manipulative to say the least.
I agree. Quite confusing. And besides the GALA knew this dress was old…plus when you plan things out, expect the unexpected. My opinion, never should’ve been loaned out, replica or real.
Apparently she wore the dress on the red carpet then changed into a duplicate for the gala. I had to read it three times to figure it out. She never should have worn it. Another reason I don’t like her.
Nobody should have the right to wear this iconic, historical dress! If it was so important to keep it in its original, perfect condition, then it should have remained that way!
Exactly she’s ONLY FAMOUS FOR BEING INFAMOUS!!! Yet isn’t the “Original Dress” in another museum.. Truly I do believe I’ve see this “dress” in 2 Ripley’s,& Smithsonian….

What makes her so special she gets access to whatever she wants? I’m so tired of the double standard.

Not at all, it was made for Marilyn Monroe only and not for anyone else. It’s disgusting how money can get whatever they want and destroyed a legend.
