Anywhere that sell fountain drinks will give FREE cups of water. Always politely ask for a large cup, sometimes they will give a large cup, sometimes not, but if you don’t, it will always be small ones.
Some places will also have cups set out for the taking and some will have cold refill stations.
They really are ten dollars though. I went to Disney land from for five days just two weeks ago and we genuinely didn’t think that we could bring our own food/water. However we learned that the hard way on the first day of going, because we were trying to buy a water bottle and a regular size is 5 dollars and a larger one that would be like 2-3 dollars at a gas station was like 9 and something, super expensive nowadays. After that day we asked one of the staff if we could bring our own and they said yes. Needles to say, this lay was not lying.

Idiot, moron, there are water bottle stations all over the park, and you can ask for a cup water where there are filling stations.
