As an annual passholder, I have no problem with Genie+. I’m essentially getting into Disney for $15. Disney doesn’t make money off annual passes. If I pay $400 for an annual pass and go 4 times, I’ve more than paid for my pass. An extra $15 to skip the long 60+ minute wait times is more than worth it to me. I will say I do miss being able to set up 3 rides at a time but I’ve never had a problem getting all the rides I want to ride in a day. As soon as I check in to a ride, I set up the next one. It doesn’t take long.
I understand this isn’t the same for out-of-state guests who don’t have annual passes. But be thankful Disney doesn’t charge what Universal charged for essentially the same thing.

I usually make my first lightening lanes in the morning while going to the bathroom. That way I can multitask. How about you?
