She gave testimony of things that had nothing to do with abuse….my dog stepped on a bee. Being on the floor and seeing how dirty the carpet was.
Her lawyers literally asked ridiculous questions. Like Depp when you left, did you see what happened after you left. Not the exact verbiage, but it’s literally how that question went. How does someone know what’s happening or happened after they left or are no longer there?
She refused to answer questions upfront saying she couldn’t remember or that the information given was wrong (information she gave testimony too not long before those questions were asked if she remembered).
Again lines of questions asked by her lawyers actually had the people being questioned correcting the lawyers. Normally a lawyer asks a question and when told wrong they have the correct information to clarify that the person on the stand is in fact incorrect. They couldn’t produce that. Where Depps lawyers easily did that several times especially with Heard.
It got to the point that Depps Lawyers had to help Her lawyers actually keep up with the evidence being shown since the main one literally had a hard time to look up and find anything.
Heard and her lawyers were scolded several times. The judge walks in amd instead of standing she stayed seated fiddling on her phone until her lawyer said something and she panicked. Another time everyone was supposed to be quiet when an individual was being questioned and was answering and they kept talking, the judge snapped at them and cut testimony feom the record and sent everyone to recess because of that.
She was called put for being over dramatic a few times.
Jason Momoa can now if he wants sue her for breaking contract and possibly causing distress or harm to the movie.
She still owes the ACLU money and under oath under questioning said she’d pay that after the trial. She now owes 10 million plus additional 580,000 to Depp, plus what she owes the ACLU. Yet she says and her Lawyer says she can’t pay Depp that money at all.
During trial they talked about a cosmetics company and a particular brand of it. Saying she’s always used this and had it on her. Well big lie, the company snapped back and made it clear that particular line wasn’t available nor did it exist when she said she had it and they never had any dealings with Heard. The product became available a year after she said she had it.
Oh and the testimony of her leaving fecal matter on purpose in the bed by her own admittance to the driver didn’t help her personal character either.

Crikey…I really wish Heard and her groupies would just go sit down and shut up already. I’m sure neither were Saints throughout the relationship…But I honestly believe that were it not for Heards greed and fame seeking their relationship woes would have just faded into nothingness. I know from personal experience the horrors of dysfunctional domestic abuse. No one should lie, exaggerate or so much as falsely hint at abuse as a means to get money…spotlight their career or wreak havoc on an ex out of revenge.
