It’s really a testament as to how Covid lockdown affected this country. There wasn’t an issue before covid, now there is…why? I was flying a small airline from st.louis to my town last week & got canceled due to no pilot. The airline, Cape Air had horrible customer service but did get a shuttle to drive us home.
I can’t imagine spending thousands on a Disney vacation, taking time off work, traveling with kids who don’t understand just to get stranded in the airport. Another reason I’m postponing my Orlando trip!

Happened to us- we were all set for Disney world over memorial day week/weekend and Frontier cancelled our flight literally the morning of our flight. They offered no alternative flight. Both Disney and Mears Connect gave me full refunds with no hassle, even though it wasn’t within their cancellation period. Frontier, however, gave me a hassle over my refund, even though the whole thing was their fault! Stressful time to schedule trips, for sure.
