I’ve never notice anything bizarre at Disneyland, but I think that quarter on the railing of the exit of the “Winnie the Pooh” ride was left there by someone who thought that the Heffalumps and Woozles could use it to stop trying to steal Pooh’s honey and start buying their own honey.

The only thing odd is that the writer called a quarter glued to a piece of wood is vandalism!
