Plastic barriers were never demonstrated to have slowed the spread of COVID but it was found that as-hoc barriers prevented proper air circulation resulting in a build up of contagious particles in invisible ‘dead’ zones in rooms with the barriers. Barriers are a fire hazard too. Glad Disney is taking them down.
