This is insane given how they took a huge attraction building and essentially made it a queue yet somehow there’s still not enough room inside for it???
Brand new attraction that opened a couple weeks ago based on a hugely successful Marvel IP. Why are you surprised that there is such a huge over spill out of the inside queue? More insane is that people don’t think this will happen before they go and don’t prepare accordingly with water (or even an umbrella if they are that concerned about the sun) then complain about it.
There’s been an ongoing issue for years with every WDW park of not enough shade, or places to sit.
Now that the trams are back, there’s no shade or shelter for rain (lightning too) while waiting. Especially at closing when the wait could be quite long.
This reminds me of an article I had read awhile back about the Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau, they had a similar problem with the heat etc. with the long lines. Their solution was to rig a water line to spray mist on the attendees in the queue.
Well it can obviously be said that the idea didn’t go over well and was soon taken down.
Here is an idea, stop letting so many people into your parks 🤷🏻♀️ Your allowing over crowding which in turn will cause issues. Both Florida and especially California where it gets shoulder to shoulder which is unacceptable!
Well first of all, they ARE limiting the number of people in the parks with reservations. If you have been to ANY of the parks then you would know that just by looking at the empty portions of the parking lots. Cosmic Rewind is on preview only until it opens on 5/27. I was lucky enough to ride it (twice!) and I was expecting a slow rotating roller coaster like Gringotts or Fun Spot. Oh No! Not this one! The quick motion combined with precise rotation, fast launches, a killer sound system and synchronized graphics and events makes this the feel good ride of 2022-23. Everyone leaves smiling and/or laughing. Congratulations Disney! You’ve done it again! I could ride that one all day long! When it opens, this ride will have a virtual queue to keep the lines down, especially in the sun. Never hurts to pack an umbrella (rain and sun) and a portable fan in the hot months.
there has been no limits on people in the parks. I was there Thanksgiving last year and the week after. It was more crowded than 4 years ago over a 3 day 4th weekend.
It wouldn’t hurt for these theme parks put up canopies for their visitors, together with fans above the crowd blowing down. Could also serve small paper ups water. These theme parks know that new attractions brings crowds this long lines. A little goes far. When hagrids opened, my family sat for 3.5 hours in the beating sun (though they did pass out cups of water). When we went back a few months later, they had canopies and fans. The fans were on ground level and crowds would all stand in front blocking the air flow for others, that’s why I saw fans above. These parks make enough money so why can’t they do a little effort to accommodate their visitors.

Just rode it today during a preview event.
Best Disney Ride Ever! I don’t want to spoil anything about the ride, but it was hugely thrilling the *entire* ride, yet very, very smooth!
