I’ve watched Emily D. Baker’s livestreams of this trial as it’s been taking place, and there’s a lot of inconsistencies in Amber’s story. For one, the broken nose is false imo. The nose is filled with capillaries. This means blood gushes when it’s broken. And since blood coming out of your nose is a distinct feeling, she would’ve known right then and there something was wrong. Secondly, during her testimony, she never once said she was scared or afraid. It was always she was sad or embarrassed. How many victims does anybody else know that would characterize their abuse as embarrassing and not an utterly fearful experience, cuz I know in my case, I was terrified for my life. Just saying.

In firing Mr. Depp, Disney have effectively killed the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise-might be a good thing. I’ve heard he has been cast as Louis XIV which will be interesting. As for Ms. Heard, I think she’s maybe interpreting events as she wished they had occurred not as they actually did. If she was smart she’d instruct her attorney to settle-assuming the judge will allow it.
Absolutely no way that Depp will settle this. For him, it is not about the money. Depp settled their divorce and it was generous. $14 million in marital debt which legally she was responsible for half. Heard couldn’t leave well enough alone, so here they are. Jury decides damages, although the judge can modify. Both sides can appeal, but I would think that Heard will have difficulty finding a lawyer for the appeal. I get the feeling that her lawyers by now aren’t happy they took the case, but the judge won’t recuse them.

Yeah , Johnny may have did some things like drinking and stuff but heck if I had to put up with what she dished out I would have drink myself to death. I am not a fan of JD, i only watched 2 of his movies. But i support him wholely and totally because AH has shown trails and behavior of an narcissist. She had lured him to meet her again in a hotel in SF yet to pretended to recoil when he accidentally walked close to her in court. She acts so bad and has been caught in so many lies. As a victim of DV and narcissist, I cant stand her testimony, it is so fake and disgusting.

I hope to god his legal team brings this up on cross examination. She might be one of the worse actresses I’ve ever seen. She deserves a Razzy for her role as self witness.
In speaking to this actual question I’m not sure it was an appropriate remark, especially if the jury heard it. He shouldn’t be throwing out quips. Because he can be judged by that. Right now I’ll be surprised if the jury actually sides with and, awards him, despite her obvious bad acting. I hope I’m wrong.

Her own makeup artist has testified that she did her face before James Cordon show and there was no hair missing, zero bruises, no split lip and no black eyes and definitely no broke nose. She insults all DV survivors. Her make up artist also saw her the very next morning bare faced and once again no bruiser, broken nose, black eyes, split lip or missing hair!! Shame on Disney!!!! Also the woman stole her ex assistants real life sexual assault story and used it as her own! Fact ! What kind of a thing does that ???
