I would actually have done the same, I would have stepped out of the line, told him that I wanted to speak to his manager over his disgusting behavior.
I have visited DLP several times with my sister, who has a disability. To my pleasant surprise, Disney have catered for everyone, there are steps and ramps everywhere.
During some of our visits, we have encountered great customer service from the CM’s but other times, not so lucky.
When we visited last at Christmas, the crowds were expectingly high but anyone with a DAS pass normally have to access the rides through the exit. This is normal BUT unfortunately the queues for DAS were long and out of the door. No one iwth a DAS pass was offered a seat while waiting.
We complained to the manager at City Hall, and he said there was nothing that he could do. I suggested offering us an unlimited fastpass, but he wouldn’t. His only suggestion was to come back when the queue was shorter.

I would have asked for their lead or manager right then and there, that is completely unacceptable.
