Its literally on the map under animation building as the sorcerer’s workshop that has 2 hands on exhibits and has been there since park opening. This is stupid, there is nothing secret about it.

    1. I enjoyed your article about the secret rooms. I haven’t visited Disneyland in 20 something years so this must be new. I can’t wait to see them. Many members of my family were the builders of the original park so I spent a lot of time there in the early 70’s with free admission. My Grand Father (Gerald “Jerry” Bates) was a sound engineer and recorded in his own voice the “Allll…Aboard” for the Disneyland Railroad ride announcement. It was nice to still hear his voice after his passing!

William that is a really cool story! Next time I’m on the training will think of your grandfather. So neat to have those memories

Marley, aren’t you just a ray of sunshine! Good god- get over yourself and pull that stick out of your bum!

      1. Ger

Sounds like your stick is longer than hers.

Yep was about to post the same thing, but it’s all about getting views, it’s what we live for now😁

I love reading other peoples “different” articles. It may not be new to you, but it may be new to a different person. Why do we as a consumer keep expecting editors or curators to creat and post content that should be “new” to us? We already go to Disneyland often and that’s not new, so I don’t get why you want “new” content. Just enjoy the reads and that’s it! Think of it as a reminder, and pretend it’s new all over again. Besides, that’s what true Disneyland magic does. Recreate magic over again to make us feel like we found a truly magical place. Great article!

They are free to post what they feel is news, but it is on the map and is in no way “secret” so they really should not put what it truly is not.

Personally I selfishly just don’t like drawing attention to something that feels “sacred” in the way of not being overcrowded like everything else is.
Also I just think it’s funny when a place that’s already regularly crowded wall to wall, corner to corner….that someone would say it’s not well known. Yes it is. Many years ago it was not well known…..but everytime we’ve been in the past 6 years it’s been packed and we don’t even stay most times because of how crowded it is with rude people.

Then they should change the heading, but we all know the heading is there to pull in eyes😁

With the way Disney is headed and what they’re promoting, it’s probably an Epstein Suite.

LOL! I was wondering what disney is doing in that room now. Now I know!

Ursula’s Lair wasn’t a room, it was an alcove. There was a screen that you looked into/at and Ursula would “steal” your voice. You would sing for her. The Sorcerer’s Workshop is set up with Zoetropes. You can draw on a piece of paper and place the paper in one to see it become animated. There are others that have Disney characters in them and you look through and spin them and watch the characters come to life. There are a couple of other things to check out in there as well. Then the library is at the end (you used to be able to walk out from there, but now you need to walk back up the ramp and out through either “Off The Page” or the Academy. In the Library you sit in front of a screen and it takes your photo, then you answer a few questions and the book tells you who you are most like out of Disney Characters.
Where the Anna and Else meet and greet has been used to have a Toy Story Zoetrope. It was huge and amazing to watch and teach kids about stop action animation.

The Toy Story zoetrope moved to the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles.

    Definitely not a secret.

This must be where all their sex predators hide out and talk to 8 year olds about sex, gotta keep that in the down low!

      Creepy projection there, bro .
      Calm down, k?

      1. Tom

Lol He’s making a sideways comment about the recent Bill fiasco that is hurting Disney’s image. CEO talking either about things he doesn’t understand or is a pervert.

    2. Ger

LOL! For sure especially since it’s at Disneyland.

Creepy projection there bro. Calm down, k?

That room must be where they are keeping all the transgender and homosexual characters they want to introduce in the very near future. You know, to confuse the four and five year olds and push Disney’s agenda that a vast majority of America is against. # Minnie Mouse is female and Mickeys a dude
