We were there the week of 3/13/22. Planned to rope drop at Animal Kingdom. The bus line was too long so I ordered an Uber. Did the same the day we planned to arrive at Magic Kingdom to rope drop.

I live locally and used to go all the time. The first thing I learned early on was Uber is your best friend when trying to get between the parks.

We visited just before the pandemic. The lines for the bus’ were long then. The issue I saw, please take no offense, but, when A bus pulls up. which I mean ONE. the loading of passengers on mobility devices or handicapped devices were loaded first, OK, I’m OK with that. BUT, there were so many, that the BUS filled up with only those passengers, while those without, UH we are seniors, healthy, but still, standing in that line for over an hour, and families with small children had to wait for the next bus or the bus after that. My suggestion would be—to expedite everyone, have a bus specially set up for mobility/handicapped and their families and a bus for others. We are headed there next month, staying off property, maybe will visit park, maybe not.

45 minutes before one ever showed up. Trying to go from MK to HS. Have been driving since and skipping the comp transportation

Disney is the one place that we literally tap your wallet just to have you stand in a line for 9 hours over the course of a day. It has grown to be a chore and my kids literally begged not to go back. It’s sad to me. Duke of my best memories as are at both parks.

  5. We visited March 20th -24th, transportation from resort and between parks was very smooth. There were some additional charter buses that were running too. Longest wait was maybe 10 minutes, even after the fireworks shows. I think this may vary based on which resort you stay at. Ours, New Orleans Riverside had various stops and buses were not overcrowded.

I’ve been to Disney during “full capacity” once. I don’t know how they even allowed that in the beforetimes.
