I would like to point out that guests bear at least partial responsibility for the crowded lines. My last visit to Disneyworld, I had people behind me in line literally shoving me forward if I tried to have ANY space between me and the person in front of me. It’s not gonna get y’all on the ride any faster, y’all COULD actually voluntarily give each other a bot more space.

Right? The Space Mountain line has ALWAYS been like this. With the ‘single rider’ line next to it there were this many people in half the space. This hasn’t changed, though in the ‘after-COVID’ (‘during COVID’? does anyone even know anymore?) era I could see how it’s suddenly a new concern…

Disney Parks significantly exceed park guest capacity and this is why venue lines are so crowded and wait times are so long. Disney never publishes park guest numbers because there is no oversite by the state, and there should be. As the summer approaches, crowds will grow and wait times will increase. Clearly, Disney’s management comments that guests should expect only two or three rides per day is a clear indication that there is no limit on park capacity.

No doubt, the queue is the scariest thing about Space Mountain.

    Lightning Lanes suck

When did having fun become so drama-filled and complicated?

I had a lot of anxiety while waiting for this ride when I went last September. The line was just like this.

I’m done really wanted to see the newer Star Wars rides but it’s not worth $150 or more for 2-3 rides. And now they are too woke for me. Universal will get our money now.

I went to DL recently and when I just got on the Indiana Jones ride, it suffered a break down. During this long wait someone had a health issue needing to be hauled away on a stretcher. This triggered another person who wittnessed it in line to have an anxiety attack.

The lines in Indiana Jones are very narrow, single file, with winding steep stairs.
