I was so sad when they closed the AMC 😭😭😭 I use to Love to go see a movie in the morning & then hop on the Monorail to go into Disneyland after. The last movie 🎥 🍿 I saw there was the Christian Blockbuster “I Can Only Imagine.” The story of Bart Millard & his group “Mercy Me.” I had the whole auditorium to myself. It was wonderful 🥳🎉🥳🎉🥳🎉🥳🎉 I know they’re going to bring some Beautiful thing’s back into “DownTown Disney.” Looking forward to it because it’s the only place that I’ll be able to afford (FREEEEEE🤣🤣🤣) because Disneyland has gotten Waaaaaaaaay to expensive unfortunately, so going over to DownTown Disney is the next best thing to make me happy even if I can’t go into Disneyland or California Adventures 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
They seem to be forgetting who their customers are. When I last visited in October, there was a complete lack of dining options for families. The new restaurants highlighted will be nice for adults, but there are already such places. Families need a respite from the crappy food in the parks with something far less than a three hour wait. Not to mention dinning options the evening guests arrive hungry and tired after a day of traveling.
The new “open lawn space” seems cool to let the kids run around in. But that re-theming for the Jazz kitchen is HIDEOUS! Who the heck approved that? It completely removes what makes the jazz kitchen unique and makes it look like any other cafe. It even reminds me of the same color scheme as sprinkles. No character at all!
