The writer is not at all good at making points. The first paragraphs just seem to ramble and make a claim that a bathing literally adds “protection” against rain?!?
The title was written to make it seem like the debut of something is what caused the flooding instead of it being coincidental.
Big deal. It rains during this time of year in Florida. I remember many years ago taking my Mom to WDW when she lived in Florida. She slipped off her sandals and waded right into 2-3 inches of water in front of The Land. It sometimes rains.
