We have been DVC members since 1996 and we will not return to the parks before an annual pass is available.

I would love to see the Premier pass come back, I was a Premier pass holder when the parks shut down for covid. I now have an Incredi-pass and a Dream Key. Though it may be a select group that has them, there is a demand for it.

Since when does Disney do everything their guests wants. I love Disney, but Disney does what they want when they want and not because of an outcry from their guests.

Robert so true. They make it sound like they listen. That’s a joke. I like the old passes better and the park hopping and no reservations. And fast pass. I don’t know what they where thinking with the new ones. You get less for more. We loved our Epcot after 4. Especially in the summer when it’s hot I was best to go in the evening. Plus no black outs. And sure it was only one park but that’s all we wanted to do. Disney is getting so money hungry. Plus they don’t have enough help the parks are no where as clean as there where Food is not as good. Still no trams. Running. It not worth the money any more to go there.

Is there an anticipated date for the return of these passes at Walt Disney World?

We used to have the premier pass when living in No. CA but probably won’t do it now. Just give me back the bennies I enjoyed before – like water parks.

It’s about time the passes are going to be offered again! The price is definitely high because everything else cost so much money at the parks.

  6. In my opinion the Florida pass should cost more than the DVC pass for the same dates. Florida residents tend to spend far more days there than out of state DVC members. We’ve typically used our passes around 14 days a year. My guest is Florida residences that had the similar passes were there a lot more days than that.

I am not a Florida resident. But, why should they be penalized with a higher price, just because they are utilizing what they have already paid for. They spend money in the parks just like everyone else that goes. This is on top of the already high pass prices.

I had a Florida Four Seasons Resident pass when they were new in the 90s. Blackout dates for higher volume times but many Florida residents preferred to go during low volume times anyhow. I imagine it increased sales of anything not related to admission due to lower volume. Hardly seems like a group worthy of punishment

No Cast Members loved the Premier Pass. 🤣 It was a huge PITA to activate, and caused a lot of problems.

We need to talk about JOSH D’AMARO, the one name that everyone FAILS to mention. As for all the smaller price hikes in the parks, Josh D’Amaro is the only one who can feasibly influence them….NOT Chapek, although Chapek’s business model has the power to set such things into motion……..So we need to ask ourselves, if Chapek left but D’Amaro STAYED, would the parks be much better, or is D’Amaro an EQUALLY greedy person in a more appropriate positon to execute Chapek’s plan. Think about that. LONG AND HARD……..

I think DVC members should have the option to purchase any one of the 4 passes at WDW.

I used to have one for both coasts. It was a decent value since we spent several weeks in FL each year and live 45 minutes away from Disneyland CA. However, I am soured a bit on visiting the parks due to the reservations, overcrowding and masks taking away the magic. I have found other activities to occupy my time and doubt I will ever visit more than a couple of times a year in the future.

Chapek noted, “I can check the possibility on bringing back the possibility of bringing back the Pass.”

The POSSIBILITY of bringing back the POSSIBILITY? Is this like the CELEBRATION of the FESTIVAL of the Lion King?

As highly invested DVC members since 2000, we are very unhappy about the value of our membership being eroded away bit by bit. The biggest slap in the face was the elimination of the AP and the DVC discount associated with it. Without the AP, we have decided to use our membership for the resort but we won’t be going to the parks until we feel appreciated again. If ever. Our past multiple trips to the parks per year were because we felt the AP offered value , but it’s obvious that Disney doesn’t care about DVC members anymore.
