This is where reading the reviews about anything is important. I have been in a similar situation before and always read reviews now. If I see a lot of one and two star reviews, I’m moving on to the next. The Anaheim Hotel literally across the street is affordable and I have never had any issues. You can walk to the park and the parking fee is reasonable (at least compared to parking at Disneyland). Read the reviews.

Sad to hear although this incident is at last 2 years old since 2020 was the last time February 28th was on a Friday

Somehow the hotel was not very helpful. Don’t the hotel have an alarm system where a room is broken into, the alarm sounds? Security goes to the room immediately and the burglars are caught red-handed?

It is sad that this article was a complete add for Disney instead of the incident. Very sad.

Is this even a crime in California today?? It was probably just some disadvantaged person who needs to buy bread…

We heard a cashier say something similar to that back in January when we were in Palm Springs and watched a guy brazenly walk out of a Marshal’s with his arms full of clothes, and get in a car with two others and nonchalantly drive off. I tried to get the license plate and when I went back in the cashier said basically, “We don’t get involved, they probably need the money for food.” I’m thinking, “Yeah, right, total b.s.” Lawlessness is the interaction between criminals, their enablers, and victims. The problem is that in California there are too many people who turn a blind eye, or vote for the politicians who create the perfect atmosphere for lawlessness to thrive. Most times it’s both.

Lol! I’m picturing AOC saying this, taking selfies and masklwas at a drag queen greet and meet

This had to have happened in the year 2020, as this guest states it happened on a Friday, February 28 and at the time of their writing it had been OVER 2 weeks since the incident. Today is just barely 2 weeks.

We all know exactly who did it.

My family stayed outside the park at least 35 years ago. We had a video camera, one of the first ones, it was huge. We came back to our room and it was gone. Didn’t really care about the camera but it had a video of our daughter, who is 42 now, still in it. We left immediately.

We stayed there exactly once, and checked out immediately when a homeless person used the swimming pool to bathe themselves and get very very close to young children swimming. Not shocked to hear this
