Absolutely LOVE Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Bring on the rides!!! Just please please please don’t let them be anything like the Kong or Fast & Furious Rides. Those are Absolutely horrible.
Hagrid’s opened in 2019, before the pandemic, Guardians was halted due to the pandemic. The only argument you could make is that Velosicoaster was started in May of 2019 and finished in 2021, but they didn’t have to clear as much as Disney did for GOTG.

I enjoyed Kong, f&f was a disaster in my opinion just start over with that one

The point being made here is that Universal built two coasters (Hagrids and Velocicoaster) in less time than Guardians has been under construction.
